Pies!

Here are some pies I've made recently.
There's a lime pie with strawberry sauce, a strawberry rhubarb, a glazed strawberry with a ghostly lemon chiffon, and a raisin rhubarb. Yum!

Lamas

The Tibetan lamas came to Shepherd at the end of the semester. I spent time watching them create a sand mandala.

Pierogi Party

Some photos from the pierogi party I went to with some friends at work. We had a true assembly line going - rolling dough, filling and shaping, frying, and eating! We made four kinds: prune, sweet potato, homemade ricotta, and mashed potato+onion+cottage cheese. Talk about a yum-fest!
